Do you have a physical store where I can see your products?

We operate exclusively as an online webshop, and therefore, we do not have a physical retail location. This allows us to offer you the convenience of shopping from the comfort of your own space and explore our range of products online.

Is it possible to obtain samples?

Yes, it is possible to request samples. Please send us an email with your desired sample(s), and we will ensure that your sample is promptly sent to you.

Which countries do we sell to?

Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and more countries to come

Why are all prices excluding VAT?

Prices are displayed excluding VAT because we serve both B2B and B2C customers. The VAT is added during checkout. It is calculated along with any applicable discounts you will receive on your order.

What material are ORSOL products made of?

Are samples free?

The samples are available for a fee of 15 euros, but when you proceed to order the product you sampled, you'll receive a 15 euro discount applied to your total order cost, effectively making the sample completely free. It's our way of ensuring you get a taste of our products without any extra expense.

Discount on Product X Order with Sample = 15 euros
Effective Cost of Sample when Product X is Ordered = 0 euros

Delivery Information

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary from product to product. You will receive the delivery time when the order has been accepted.

An appointment will be made through the transport company for the delivery of the products. They will work with you to determine the most convenient delivery time.

Do I need to be present for the delivery?

A person needs to be present for the delivery.

To sign the delivery receipt and inspect the packaging (which is transparent in most cases) for any damage.

Damaged or broken products

In the case of damage to the products, please make an immediate note of it on the delivery receipt. This should be done directly upon receipt. Be sure to take photos of the damaged products and include them in the contact email.

Subsequently, you have 3 days to send a registered letter to the carrier and also report it to us.

*Do not sign the delivery receipt without inspecting your order.

We will then proceed to replace the damaged items.

Noticing damages after delivery?

If you inspect the contents of your order at the time of delivery and find any damages, these products will also be replaced.

*If this is NOT reported on the delivery receipt upon receipt of the products, we, unfortunately, cannot assist you further. The products must be checked for damage upon receipt.

*Do not sign the delivery receipt without inspecting your order.
